Kooth
Kooth.com is a free, online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform for young people in East and South Cheshire and Vale Royal* aged 11 to 19.
Visyon
Visyon is a charity that supports the emotional health of children, young people and their families in the Cheshire and Staffordshire moorlands areas.
If you are a child or young person, Visyon can help you improve your mental health so that you feel better about yourself and the things that happen in your day-to-day life. If you are a parent, grandparent or carer, you can come to us to gain the skills to give your child the support they need.
Proud Trust
The Proud Trust is a life saving and life enhancing organisation that helps LGBT+ young people empower themselves, to make a positive change for themselves, and their communities. We do this through youth groups, coordinating national and regional LGBT+ youth work networks, managing the LGBT+ Centre for Manchester, delivering of training, running events and campaigns, undertaking research and creating resources.

Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through.
You can talk about anything. Whether it’s something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to support you.
OCD-UK
OCD-UK has been working for children and adults affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder since 2004.
We provide advice, information, and support services for those affected by OCD, and campaign to end the trivialisation and stigma of OCD.
Uniquely, the charity is completely service-user led, everyone involved in the organisation have personal experience of OCD, either directly or through a loved one.
Mind
We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding
Through the Maze
Through the Maze is an information service for adults with learning disabilities, their family carers and professionals.
We can help you find out about events, activities and groups being run for people with learning disabilities.
We can also signpost you to information and services which are for people with learning disabilities.
Place 2 Be
Place2Be is a children’s mental health charity with over 25 years’ experience working with pupils, families and staff in UK schools.
We provide mental health support in schools through one-to-one and group counselling using tried and tested methods backed by research. We also offer expert training and professional qualifications.
