GCSE Results 2024
Congratulations to all our pupils here at The Oaks Academy in securing their GCSE results, the best in the school’s history. We are immensely proud of their achievements and they reflect their hard work, effort and ambitions.
ADT Faculty
The creativity has been flowing this week in the ADT faculty. In art year 7s have been developing work in the style of contemporary artist Loui Jover. In food year 8 have been making their own pastry and delicious jam tarts!
Science and Technology Challenge Day
A group of year 8 and 9 students were selected to take part in a Science and Technology Challenge day at Manchester University. The students had a great day learning new skills to support future pathways in the STEM industry. Josh and Lloyd were crowned winners of the medical diagnosis and CPR section of the day, well done boys!
Year 11 Leavers Assembly
At the end of last half term we said our formal goodbye to year 11 with their leaver’s assembly, shirt signing and an ice cream in the sunshine.
